01 Eligibility & Age Requirements

02 Your Account

Each person may hold only one AK77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. AK77 uses this information for account security, payment processing, and communication purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether you authorised it or not, until you notify AK77 of any unauthorised access.
• Updating your account information promptly if any details change.
• Ensuring your account is not accessed from a shared device without logging out properly.

Account verification is a one-time process that AK77 may require before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport and may include confirmation of your payment method. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted.

03 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on AK77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). AK77 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — deposits via the Easypaisa mobile wallet or app.
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's Raast payment system.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your AK77 balance promptly following successful payment confirmation. AK77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

AK77 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds if there is any reason to suspect fraudulent activity or if the payment cannot be confirmed as coming from an account in your name.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction intended to inconvenience players.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, your account must be fully verified. This includes confirming your identity and confirming that your payment method belongs to you. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard processing timeline.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours of approval during business hours.
• Raast: Usually same-day for requests submitted during standard banking hours.
• Bank Transfer: Standard interbank processing times apply, typically one to two business days.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. AK77 may request additional documents if the withdrawal amount is above a standard threshold or if there are any compliance-related requirements to satisfy. AK77 will always communicate clearly with you if additional information is required.

If a bonus has been accepted, the relevant wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of accepting that bonus and is also accessible in your account's bonus history.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

AK77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and event-specific promotions such as those tied to PSL season or T20 tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published at the time the offer is made available.

The following general rules apply to all AK77 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance not used or wagered requirements not completed before expiry will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
• AK77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before you have claimed it.
• If a player claims a bonus in error or there is evidence of bonus abuse, AK77 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

AK77 does not permit strategic betting patterns — such as placing opposing bets or low-risk bets — with the primary intention of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be engaging in such behaviour may have their bonus cancelled and winnings adjusted accordingly.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on AK77 — slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting — operate according to their own specific rules published within the game or market itself. AK77 integrates games from verified third-party providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested. Game outcomes are determined by these certified RNG systems and are not influenced by AK77 or by prior results.

For sports betting, the following applies:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Price changes after a bet is confirmed do not affect the accepted odds.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, AK77 follows standard industry settlement rules for each sport. Cricket and PSL markets follow the relevant governing body's rules for shortened or interrupted matches.
• AK77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, odds display error, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AK77 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.

08 Privacy & Data

AK77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you acknowledge that AK77 will process the personal information you provide for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through payment partners including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and banking institutions.
• Customer support communications.
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Behaviour that AK77 considers harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or market.
• At the player's own request via self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the closure is found to be in error or at the player's own request with no outstanding compliance issues, remaining funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting AK77 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any available balance will be returned promptly.

11 Limitation of Liability

AK77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform remains accessible and functional, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond AK77's control may occasionally affect platform availability.

AK77 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's own decision-making during gameplay.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.

In circumstances where a technical error results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — AK77 reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid as a result of a clear technical malfunction are not valid and will not be retained. AK77 will communicate clearly with affected players in such situations.

12 Changes to These Terms

AK77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through a notification within the platform. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the AK77 platform following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with a change to the terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
